Focus on the last two lines: a request (-아/어 주세요, -아/어 주시겠어요?, -(으)세요) and the woman's reply (-ㄹ게요, -겠습니다) usually give the answer.

The most common trap is the other person's task: when the man says '제가 …ㄹ게요' or '저는 …', eliminate that option.

Watch the sequence words: 먼저, -부터, 우선, 일단, 그다음에, -고 나서, -(으)ㄴ 다음에, 그동안, 그래도 안 되면. Whatever follows '그다음에' or '그래도 안 되면' is not the answer.

TOPIK II Listening Q9–12: listen to a 4–5-line dialogue and choose what the woman will do immediately afterwards. It tests whether you can follow the order of tasks and tell whose task is whose.

Test tips

Check whose action is asked about (usually 여자) and underline the verbs in the four options before listening.

Questions 9–12 ask what the woman will do RIGHT AFTER the conversation, so the key is usually a request near the end. Here the clerk says '그동안 이 수리 신청서를 작성해 주시겠어요?' – while he tests the phone, she will fill out the repair form: option 1. Option 4 is the clerk's action ('저희 충전기로 먼저 확인해 볼게요'), not hers. Option 2 is wrong because the shop will use its own charger. Option 3 is never mentioned; she has to stay and fill out the form.
