Read a notice, ad, text message, receipt… (Q40–42) and choose the statement that is NOT true.

Test tips

  1. Circle 맞지 않는 것 in the question so you don't pick a true statement by mistake.
  2. Check each option against each line of the text and mark O/X; three will match, the remaining one is the answer.
  3. Numbers are what gets changed most: prices, ages, times, dates, floors, deadlines (~까지), free-entry ages (7세 이하).
  4. Read ※ notes and brackets carefully: 무료, 쉽니다, 꼭 ~, ~지 마세요, ~지 않아도 됩니다, (카드), (재료비는 받지 않습니다).
  5. In messages, 저/제 is the writer and the name at the top is the reader; traps swap who does what.

Explanation

First, note that the question asks for the statement that is NOT true (맞지 않는 것). Method: check each option against each line of the notice and mark it true or false. The last line says '수영 모자를 꼭 쓰십시오' (you must wear a swim cap), so option 4 '수영 모자를 안 써도 됩니다' (you don't have to wear one) is false, and that is the answer. Option 1 matches '월요일은 쉽니다', option 2 the opening time '06:00', and option 3 '어린이 3,000원'. Watch words such as 꼭 (must) and -지 마십시오 (don't), since items often flip the meaning there.
