Explanation
Two actions or states at the same time with the same subject. Vowel or ㄹ stems take 면서, consonant stems 으면서. No past tense before it.
Examples
음악을 들으면서 운동해요.
I exercise while listening to music.
아르바이트를 하면서 학교에 다녀요.
I go to school while working part-time.
그 가게는 싸면서 품질도 좋아요.
That shop is cheap and good quality at the same time.
