คำอธิบาย
A soft guess, often contrary to what the listener thinks; rising intonation. Vowel or ㄹ stems take ㄹ걸요, consonant stems 을걸요; past -았/었을걸요. Not the regret form -(으)ㄹ 걸 그랬다.
