Penjelasan
(1) A dependent noun 'what/that which' (느낀 바, 앞서 말한 바와 같이); (2) -(으)ㄴ/는바 (written together) as a connective 'since, accordingly' in official texts. Present verbs take 는 바, past (으)ㄴ 바, prospective (으)ㄹ 바.

앞에서 언급한 바와 같이 예산이 부족하다.
