Explanation
Turns an adjective into an adverb (깨끗하게, 맛있게) or states the intended result for someone (잘 들리게 크게 말하다). Attaches to the stem.
Examples
뒤에 앉은 사람도 들을 수 있게 크게 말해 주세요.
Please speak loudly so the people at the back can hear.
방을 깨끗하게 청소했어요.
I cleaned the room thoroughly.
아이가 먹기 좋게 작게 잘랐어요.
I cut it small so the child could eat it easily.
