A formal, stronger -(으)ㄹ 리가 없다. Vowel or ㄹ stems take ㄹ 리 만무하다, consonant stems 을 리 만무하다; past -았/었을 리 만무하다. Common in writing and commentary.

준비 없이 시작한 사업이 성공할 리 만무하다.
A business started unprepared can't possibly succeed.
