Explanation
States a general truth or the way things are. Verbs take 는 법이다, adjectives (으)ㄴ 법이다. Not for single specific events. Close to -기 마련이다.
Examples
만남이 있으면 헤어짐도 있는 법이다.
Where there is meeting, there is parting.
좋은 약은 입에 쓴 법이에요.
Good medicine tastes bitter.
노력한 만큼 결과가 나오는 법입니다.
