Explanation
Joins two contrasting clauses. Attaches to the stem and can take the past (-았/었지만). Nouns take (이)지만.
Examples
한국어는 어렵지만 재미있어요.
Korean is hard but fun.
비가 왔지만 축구를 했어요.
It rained, but we played soccer.
작은 방이지만 깨끗해요.
It's a small room, but clean.
