Explanation
Attached to a verb stem for the speaker's wish (statements) or the listener's (questions). For a third person use -고 싶어 하다.
Examples
한국에 여행 가고 싶어요.
I want to travel to Korea.
뭘 먹고 싶어요?
What do you want to eat?
동생은 가수가 되고 싶어 해요.
My younger sibling wants to become a singer.
