Explanation
A guess or a softened opinion. Verbs: past -(으)ㄴ, present -는, future/guess -(으)ㄹ 것 같다; adjectives in the present take -(으)ㄴ 것 같다.
Examples
밖에 비가 오는 것 같아요.
It seems to be raining outside.
이 옷은 좀 작은 것 같아요.
I think these clothes are a bit small.
내일은 더 추울 것 같아요.
I think it will be colder tomorrow.
