Explanation
Judges something reasonable or likely by common sense. Vowel or ㄹ stems take ㄹ 법하다, consonant stems 을 법하다; past -았/었을 법하다. Often with 누구나, 그럴.
Examples
그런 상황이라면 누구라도 화를 낼 법하다.
In that situation, anyone would get angry.
이 정도면 이미 연락이 왔을 법한데 소식이 없네요.
By now we'd expect to have heard, but there's no news.
