With the first person it shows strong intention (제가 하겠습니다); about a situation it is a guess based on what you see (맛있겠다). Attaches to the stem. Also in set polite phrases: 잘 먹겠습니다, 알겠습니다.
例句
제가 내일 다시 연락드리겠습니다.
I will contact you again tomorrow.
와, 이 음식 정말 맛있겠어요.
Wow, this food looks delicious.
내일은 비가 오겠습니다.
It will rain tomorrow.
