Penjelasan
Gives the purpose of the main action. Vowel or ㄹ stems take 려고, consonant stems 으려고. Unlike -(으)러 it works with any verb, but the main clause cannot be a command or suggestion.
Contoh
살을 빼려고 매일 걸어요.
I walk every day to lose weight.
부모님께 드리려고 선물을 샀어요.
I bought a gift to give my parents.
한국 회사에 취직하려고 한국어를 공부해요.
I study Korean to get a job at a Korean company.
