Supposes a (usually unlikely or negative) situation, but the main clause still holds; stronger and more formal than -아/어도. Attaches to the stem; past -았/었더라도; nouns (이)더라도.
Contoh
힘들더라도 끝까지 해 봅시다.
Even if it's hard, let's see it through.
비가 오더라도 행사는 예정대로 진행합니다.
Even if it rains, the event will go ahead.
아무리 바쁘더라도 건강은 챙기세요.
However busy you are, look after your health.
