'Y' vowels and ㅐ ㅔ
ㅑ ㅕ ㅛ ㅠ: one more stroke adds a 'y'. ㅐ ㅔ ㅒ ㅖ
One more short stroke adds a 'y' sound: ㅏ→ㅑ, ㅓ→ㅕ, ㅗ→ㅛ, ㅜ→ㅠ.
