ㅋ ㅌ ㅍ ㅊ are like ㄱ ㄷ ㅂ ㅈ with a strong puff of air. Hold a sheet of paper in front of your mouth: it moves for 카, not for 가.
ㅍ is an aspirated 'p', never 'f'.
