解説
A literary-style guess, like -(으)ㄹ 것 같다. Vowel or ㄹ stems take ㄹ 성싶다, consonant stems 을 성싶다; -(으)ㄴ/는 성싶다 also exists. Common in inner monologue.
例文
하늘을 보니 곧 비가 쏟아질 성싶다.
Judging by the sky, it looks like it will pour soon.
이번에는 정말 합격할 성싶었다.
This time it seemed I really would pass.
그의 말에는 무언가 숨기는 것이 있는 성싶었다.
There seemed to be something hidden in what he said.
